1. To proclaim the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to prison inmates and their families through the teaching of God’s Word:
- By offering Bible correspondence courses to inmates and their families.
- By establishing a network of local fundamental, Bible-believing churches to help in our ministry.
 
2. To direct inmates’ spiritual needs to local churches and encourage them to visit inmates and their families with the Gospel.
 
3. To encourage local churches to adopt an ongoing visitation program with local prison inmates and their families.
 
4. To provide local churches direct access to resources for a prision ministry.
